help me with my ipod

i have an ipod but my sister accidentaly format the drive. before thier are two removable disk available dont know how to restore those drives. any program system restore program available for this? pls help..thank you

can't you re-sync it with iTunes?

Or run iPod restore to get it back, then re-sync

To the OP: No, I don't believe you can recover from this. While you can mount your iPod in disk mode, I highly doubt that there are disk utilities that can make heads or tails of how Apple lays down the folder structure.
