ok, im probly gonna get a pc from Velocity Micro , help me figure out what hard drive configuration to order.

i think i will get a traditional hard drive setup, not a RAID setup.
Here is sort of what I'm looking at:
  1. Disk1: [C: WinXP] + [logical drive Z: Cache]
  2. Disk2: ??? [Cache Drive] [other logical drives: + additional storage]
  3. Disk3: Gaming [CS 1.6 | Q3A | Q4 | RtCW | ...]
Maybe i only need 2 hard drives? How do You think I should order the hard drive configuration?

First off, you dont need separate partitions or logical drives for your pagefile - this offers no performance increase.
What you should do is a 74GB raptor for your OS, apps, games, and pagefile, and then a large drive or two (however many you need basically) for storage. Current price break for high capacity drives is 300GB - they go well above 50cents/GB if you go for a higher capacity drive.
Since they only offer raid-0 configs for hard drive 1, go with the raptor config, use that for your OS/apps/games/pagefile.
Rather than worrying about having your pagefile spread across two or three drives, get more ram. AT LEAST 2GB (i'm assuming this is a gaming rig). At their prices 4GB is overkill.
Then get a second drive for storage - whatever capacity you feel you need. If you do get a high capacity drive, and have about 120GB or so to spare, I would periodically create an image of the OS drive with ghost onto the storage drive, so that if the raid-0 costs you all your data, you can just ghost it back.
Or get the raptor raid-0 config, unraid them, put OS one one, pagefile on the other, and then spread apps and games between the two.
My advice, however, for a gaming rig, unless you have very deep pockets - deep enough that you'd rather shell out an extra 2 grand to have the computer built for you and supported for you - is build it yourself.
