Help me with decision

Alright guys, starting to get my new system put together. Im on a budget so its taking a while because i want some good stuff. After all the reading im still needing some help on a couple of things.

PSU? and CPU?

Here is what i have so far:

MSI nf4 ULTRA
XP-90 w. panaflo 92mm
36gb Raptor SATA
200gb Seagate SATA
Kingston HyperX 3200 cas 2.0
CM Stacker Case (will buy soon)
6800 (will buy soon)
2001fp (may have to wait until may)

I want a slight overclock on the processor and it seems as though the 3000,3200 and 3500 are all overclocking about the same, hitting a wall at 2.6ghz. So should i spend the $290 on the 3500+, $190 on the 3200+, or $150 on the 3000+. It won't bother me to buy the 3000 if it will do around 2.4, is it worth saving a $100 on the 3500+? Which one would you guys get?

Now the PSU, I have managed to thoroughly confuse myself in this Dept. So Ice Czar if your out there lend me a hand or anybody. I want to stick to OCZ Antec or Enermax, can't afford anymore than $120.00 max. should i go EPS12V or standard ATX 2.0 w. the 24 pin main? Im really open to any ideas here that will save me some money. Im also looking for pretty good life out of this thing. If someone could point me in the right direction here it would be appreciated. Here are my favorites so far, but im highly open to suggestions.

Antec 550 EPS12v $122.00
Enermax sli 535 $86.00 :)
