I have a DELL XPS 2010.

It Comes with a Core 2 Duo 2.16 , 2gig's of ram and a 256mg ATI Mobility Radeon™ X1800 Series

I'd like to upgrade to something newer, being a Laptop and a Dell,

I'm not sure what would be compatible or even possible!!!!.

I'm some what computer savvy.
I know that voltage and power consumption are important issues to look for,but i'm sure i should look for other things.

So if anyone know more about XPS 2010 and the x1800, or laptops in general.

I'd like either a list of what i should watch out for or if i could replace it with anything (i listed a few Examples below) with out burning out the Motherboard or having it burn.

i'm also having a hard time finding exact info on any ATi Card.

I haven't kept up with MXM graphics cards, but if it has one you could technically upgrade it...but I don't even know if they allow that anymore.

it's Dell and i don't believe they allow anything.
but I'd like to see if it's possible
=)
