Help me tweak my voltages

Running an eVGA X58 Classified E760. I'm trying to address the temps. I'm not sure if my voltages are too high or maybe my radiator fans need to be upgraded. I thought my temps should be better with watercooling.

If you have any suggestions on my setup, please let me know, otherwise what can I change in my bios?

cpu voltage may be a tad bit high, but i'm not sure how much lower you can get it.. i would just try lowering one step at a time.. try 1.39v see what happens and just keep going until its unstable and go back up til its stable again..
