help me to choose

hi all, I am getting two of the same drive for RAID 0, now trying to decide which of these two.

Seagate 7200.11 500G SATA2 32m cashe (ST3500320AS)
Western Digital RE2 500G 16M cashe (WD5000ABYS)

I like the 32M cashe, does it really outperform the WD one with 16M? I know the WD is something called RAID Edition and got TLER feature, do I really need it? this is just for the Normal high end home PC doing gaming and other work.
