Help me select a motherboard quick

A few requirements:
- I have an AGP card that I'm not going to switch already.
- I also have Zalman CNPS7700-CU,

With that, which motherboard should I get? Would Epox 9NDA3+ be a good choice for example? I'm planning to overclock as much as I can get out of my Venice CPU.

So what would you suggest? Any stand-out motherboards out there that fill these requirements? :cool:
 
does price matter? are you looking for JUST a mobo or are you also looking into CPUs and such? also, i don't think the type of fan matters in this case. then again some computer junkie is going to come along and prove me wrong
