Help me quiet my PC down

My PC is just too loud. It sounds like a jet taking off when I start it up.

I'm using a Antec Plusview 1000AMG case with 3 antec blue led fans, 2 on the back, one on the side window, no front fans at the moment, a Vantec Aeroflow 1 on the CPU, the northbridge fan on the MB ( which is a gigabyte GA7-VAXP ) it spins like crazy -4600 rpm.

the CPU is a barton 2500+ OC'ed to 2.17 Ghz. The VGA is a 9500 Pro oc'ed to 310/310. My CPU temp right now is 30 idle 38 after 1 hour of Battlefield.

If this was your PC, how would you go about lowering the noise without losing the OC?

Note: Zalman says their big coolers they just came out with wont fit :( I wuz looking at the Gigabyte coolers on Newegg and some them look good. Would would you do?
 
Don't think you can do anything about the Northbridge fan. Maybe replace it with a passive heatsink?

The smaller Zalman 7000 series coolers with the 92mm fan will still cool well with less noise, and will probably fit.

An ATI Silencer 1 for the video card would probably be quieter AND cool better than what is on there now.
 
If you get the Zalman 7000, it comes with a fan speed adjuster that you really don't need (because even at full speed it's main fan is quiet) and you could put that on the northbridge fan to slow it down (but watch your temps and OC so you don't slow it down too much)

Zalman says the 7000 wont fit on my MB. :( Seems like it would be a real deal. I like all the Zalman stuff.
 
Hey is it just nme or is the antec's extremely loud? i just bought one and placed it on my window of my case and it sounds like a Fan (blower) on level 3 or something =/ so i was wondering whats the ebst fan with Low Sound but good cooling
ahh i think thats CFM :?? lol
