I need to buy some ram for my dual channel set up and I currently have this

I need it to be dual channel and I intend on going to a gig while not getting shitty ram, and I dont understand how important latency is...

I want to go to a gig, I want it to work dual channel and I want the best quality while staying $120 or less, but this could include buying a duel set of 2x512 and selling my current ram

little help?
 
$120 for a gig and quality don't go together, sad to say.

I think the cheapest you'd be looking at would probably around $170 for 2x512 MB sticks of Corsair Value, Mushkin Select, or Crucial.
