I'm looking for a new monitor. My needs are say 80% creating websites, surfing blogs, forums etc. 15% watching 720p material. 5% gaming (mostly older games as i suspect my system wont be able to run newer games very well)
I like the idea of having 2 browser windows open at the same time, something i cant really do with my current 19" 940bw samsung monitor (too small)

I've been considering the following:

1 - Dell 2209WA - suppose to be great, but maybe 22" is too small. or maybe 1680x1050 is just perfect for surfing? im not sure, and i cant see this in person anywhere. about $350. Im not sure how I would react to the anti-glare coating.

2 - Benq G2420HDBL a LED 24" 1920x1080 about $315 - don't know much about this, no reviews found. I like that it dont consume a lot of energy. Some say LED is "easy on the eyes" i dont know if thats true, but it would be nice if it was considering how much time I spend in front of the computer. Price seems decent considering it's a brand new LED monitor.

3 - A screen with 2048x1152 from what I understand this would be perfect size for 2 screens next to eachother. My concern here is if coming from a 19" I would think everything would look very small? Or if WIN 7 will have a great way to fix that for me so it looks just great? (and is it able to do that and still keeping the 2 pages next to eachother thing without a lot of scrolling) My other concern would be how it deals with those 720p tv-series and movies I'd be watching... has any of you guys surfed the net with one of these and compared to doing it with a 1920x1080 res ? is it a big difference running 2 windows in Firefox next to eachother or very small in reality? would a "normal" 24" be better?

Here I have 2 models to pick from, either the Dell 2309w (which seems pretty good but it does consume quite a lot of energy which I don't like and some had problems with it buzzing from what Ive read) $350

And the other model is the 2343bw ($335) from Samsung. And their bargain model 2343NW ($250) but has only VGA (whether this in reality makes a difference I don't know)

I have left out any 16:10 screens because I haven't found any in my price range.

Thanks guys.
