Im currently using a 4000+ @ 2.7Ghz which is:

245 x 11

RAM ratio set to 166Mhz (not sure what ratio that is)

The multiplyer cant exceed 12 on this chip

At the moment Im running at 192.5 Mhz on my RAM which is bog standard 2x1gb of crucial PC3200, i'd really like to be running that at a little over 200 rather than below 200, but I just can't seem to find any good combinations.

Any suggestions?

The CPU seems fine at 2.75Ghz which is 250mhz*11 but it gets errors in prime95 quite quickly, within 5 minutes

Any help apreciated

A lot of guys (not me 'cuz I dont have an A64) run 300*9=2700 MHZ and set the RAM at 200 using the divider 2/3 or whatever. Try playing with the ratio. Back in the Nforce 2 days, keeping it 1:1 was important. Not anymore I guess.

what are temps like? Up the voltage and monitor temps. One of the cores of my dual core opteron 165 fails everytime I o/c to 2700mhz with 1.5v and temps hit around 57C. 2600mhz was what I had to stick with. I didn't need the extra mhz but just to make myself feel better that I had a processor more powerful than the fx60 I o/ced to 2.61 ghz. WOOHOO!!! :D

Ok I might try that, im using a little cpu calculator here, the dividers are 100, 133, 166 and 200, and 166 with that config you suggest gives 245Mhz RAM and 133 gives 192Mhz (too high and too low)

Im not sure if my mobo supports more dividers, i'll have to check

Im thinking maybe

multi of 10.5
memory divider at 166

with clock around 255 that gives 205Mhz memory and 2.677 Ghz final clock which aint bad, might try higher than that until i get unstable memory

*edit*

voltage i've stepped upto 1.55v for the previous overclocks
currently running at 10.5 x 255 = 2680
getting temps of 50 degrees C atm with prime95 which hasnt crashed yet (first few minutes)
