i have an epox mf570sli board with a x2 windsor 4200+ cpu...
now i've gotten it to 2833 with some significant voltage (1.55), previously it was on stable at 2750 but i got a big typhoon and i think the additional airflow over the vrm's has helped...
now i wonder, do you think that i could possible get a better overclock if i actively cooled the chipset and the vrm's on the board? the chip has almost no default voltage overclocking headroom... even for an extra 10-15 mhz i had to bump up the voltage...
the mobo has no cooling on the vrm's and a pathetic little chipset cooler. i'm wondering if getting a zalman nb47f would be beneficial?
