Hey! Guys I want to update my current setup. I want to go SFF form. It's been years since i researched and bought a pc. I want to be able to run everything high on CS2. Budget for the pc mobo, ram, and video card is 1000.00

A g for board, card, and RAM?

Don't think you'll need quite that much...anyway...overclock much? Play any games? Is CS2 == Photoshop? or is there something else... What size monitor do you have?

And out of curiosity, what processor do you have? and power?

Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R - $140

RAM: Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 $140

GFX card: 640 MB 8800 GTS - $350 to 400

I'm assuming you forgot to mention a proccessor so I'll go ahead and say that you should either get an E4300 or an E6600. Or you could wait until the July 22 price cuts and get an E6850

I highly doubt you'll need to speend $1000 just on those three components.

You'll probably want a new PSU to go with that 8800 gts too. I got a corsair 620w cheap at buy.com, but I noticed today clubit.com has it even cheaper. It has modular cables.
