Its a good configuration but in my opinion if you're buying a complete system today, you should go with a platform that supports DDR2; that way its more likely you'll be able to use the RAM again in a future system.

If those descriptions are right, that case won't work with that motherboard. I'll look it up and confirm in a minute.

EDIT: Okay I just looked those parts up and I was right, the motherboard will not fit in that case.

The Centurion 5 case looks about the same as the Centurion 541, but is a lot bigger and will hold that motherboard. It's about the same price (+$5 I think)
