Help me make life easier!
Hey, I have a question figured it would be worth throwing out there to see if there is a better way to complete some of my work quicker. This is what I do on a daily basis:
I download stock transaction records from a website (arcavision which is a NYSE website)
A page loads up, i input the date which i will be downloading files from, there is a list of domains, and a time window (hour 0 to hour 23:59), I usually go down the list and click a domain, hit submit, another window then pops up which shows the data (which many of the domains do not contain, many are just blank, but i still must download these records) on the window that comes up i click Excel which prompts me with a SAVE AS download window, i click save as, and type in the domain name. Done.
I have to go down this list of about 200 domains and follow the same procedure, some of the domains take 2-5 minutes to load, and some need to be split in segments hour 0 to hour 9:30 etc, because of the amount of data. Is there a program that can do this automatically for me, like copy the domain name down, click submit, wait for the second window to load, then click excel, then hit save as, and input the domain name, and then close that window, click next domain, and so on?

Worth a shot - let me know if what i wrote is confusing

If something can be written to do what i described let me know
