Usually those types of text messages explains what goes wrong. Surely you understand that asking "something isn't working, what's the solution?" makes it very hard to offer any real help other than the standard answers to the most common problems, and those are still just jabs in the dark based purely on prior subjective experiences, and might not even apply to your situation.
What does these text messages say? Something wrong with the USB/discs, the information stored on them, something wrong with your computer, etc?

nah, ntfs is fine, just dont use that shitty ms piece of crap software, i thought that crap was blacklisted in 2010 already but no, 2014 and theres still people trying to use it.
It's UEFI that requires it, I've seen other people with same problem when I was investigating it a year ago. Ended up just getting a cheapo ASUS USB DVD.

I get that you have a problem with ms, but the issue is the UEFI spec. You need to follow much the same procedure for an Ubuntu USB boot, download an installer tool
