help me for the TERAHERTZ TRANSISTOR

[anupvarghese]

hi all please help me for getting some white papers on the terahertz transistor technology...
if anybody hav anything related to this topic like powerpoint presentation, pdfs ,word documents send it to me....terahertz transistors are the next generation high speed transistors that are having less power dissipation and high switching speed(something in Thz range..) Intel started working on this recently....

sounds like it could be pretty interisting technology, but what fields would it be applied in?

Intel didn't start working on it recently. TeraHertz presentations and papers going back to 2001 are here: http://www.intel.com/technology/silicon/micron.htm#tera

A press release from way back when Intel did announce it is here (11/26/2001): Intel Announces Breakthrough In Chip Transistor Design
