Alright, im gonna build a new comp, should i go ahead and spend 500 bux
3000+ amd 64 939 winchester
GiGaByte Mobo
1gig of ram
80gig hd

or

Should i buy a cheaper comp, with less expensive parts
754 socket 2500 or something
cheaper mobo
512rm
40gig hd

Main purpose of this comp
Play D2/Guild Wars/Maybe WOW and Half life 2

all i have is atmost 575-600
i dont need the best , but i want a decent comp, that wont crap on me, and can run 24/7 without problems
 
i know its better, but is it really worth it for what ill be playing? ill be buying a car soon, so i need to save all funds that i can, but i also want a comp, and i have a few months in between..

Will 200bux or so make that big of a difference in what i need?
 
reason to go with the first would be that you have more upgrading options with the socket 939...plus you are getting a better quality computer...speed wise and you will notice that games will run smoother with the first setup.
 
which would be a must, betting on the fact that the mobo doesnt have integrated vid
