1)Getting 2 120mm fans sticking one as an exhaust on the side panel (with 80mm to 120mm converter), sticking another on my existing CPU heatsink and getting a VGA Silencer.

OR

2)The scary world of Watercooling.

I just wanna make my PC as quiet as possible but I don't want to spend £150+ on water cooling. Would number 1 be alot quieter than my 3 80mm fans at the moment

WC all the way man.

WC will give you much much much better temps and it si much quieter than anything as long as you get a 120-mm rad that is.
