Help me cool my laptop

Hello all,

I've got a 1.6 Centrino with a 9800 Mobility on my laptop here. When I play CS:S or EQ2 after about 5-10 minutes the game periodically slows to about 1-2 fps because my Centrino is downclocking itself to keep from melting. In order to partially alleviate this problem I can not keep my laptop on a desk because the heat doesn't dissipate fast enough so I have to hold it all cockeyed or prop up the back with my power supply or some other object.

Anyone have any good ideas that I can use to more actively keep it cool?
