Here's what I have in my setup:

Soundcard: M-Audio Revolution 7.1 (setup for 5.1, not using digital)
Speakers: Logitech Z-680 (set to "six channel direct")

In programs like Winamp and Windows Media Player 10 I only get audio sent to my front left and front right speakers. The other three speakers work in programs like WinDVD while watching 5.1 DVDs however.

What can I do to listen to my MP3s in all speakers without hurting the sound quality?

So basically, what should all the settings be, and should it be hooked up using digital for the best audio quality etc?
