im stuck between these three fan controllers

a- aerocool touch 2000
b- nzxt sentry 2
c- scythe kaze master ace

ive narrowed it down to some pros and cons and i still can make up my mind...

A- controls 4 fans, lcd backlit can be turned off and it shows both temp and rpm but dont need the usb/esata/audio ports and kinda pricey

B- cheaper than A, controls 5 fans, lcd backlit can be turned off but does show rpm (only shows percentage?), does show all temps in once go (hafta select each fan)

C- same price as B, controls 4 fans, show both temp and rpm but backlit cannot be turned off

any inputs would be great in any of these.. im leaning towards C but am wondering if the display is blindingly bright like the rheobus?

Those are all good controllers. I have the black 5.25" Kaze Master Ace and it's great for the price. I've got 3 fans one channel and 1 fan on the other 3 channels and it handles them great.

The NZXT Sentry 2 and Aerocool Touch 2000 is a bit overkill for me as I'm usually set-it-and-forget-it on the fans and the digital readout is sensory overload (I'm kind of a minimalist). I find that turning a knob occasionally, and checking the RPM's / RealTemp is all I need.

But, if you're into the digital blinking and awe that those other 2 bring then go with them.

my next question is.. with the brushed aluminum look on the kaze master ace does it stick out like a sore thumb on cases that arent aluminum? im planning on using it on the lancool pc-k62

I would not think it would stick out like a sore thumb. However that's a matter of opinion. I would definitely do it considering the size of the front bay device vs the case is small and having a different finish would not bother me. If it were a different color altogether then yes I would probably want to either paint it or replace the front of it with acrylic or something. I say go for it.
