I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but anyways, I'm debating vs 2 fan controllers. I'm going to be using a Lian Li 7b plus v2 case with 3x120mm fans and the stock 80mm fan, I'm debating vs these two fan controllers.

not as wrong as you think, samsung has cooling fan built in on their 20 and 30" LED LCD already, and you can buy the 20" LED LCD today

And the Crystalfontz dual bay does NOT have a fan controller.
You might wanna look into their single bay model, CFA-635. ;)

I wasn't talknin about the crystalfontz, whats above is in the vantec nexus fan controller.
 
I personally have the hardcano 13 in my setup. Good controller imo.
