I am looking for a amd 64 processor in which I will use for GAMING, internet DVD watching, and photoshop.

I also need a motherboard to go with it.

I will oc just a little since im a noob.

I already have a 7800 GT and OCZ power supply and will buy 1gig of ram..

Any help appreciated..Thanks.....

If you're buying new I would only buy a Dual core at this point.
You can get the CPU well under your budget but you'll need to push a little more for a mobo.
you could do it under $425 with a dual core and a 9NPA+Ultra.
