yesterday i was at 260 2-2-2-11 at 3.5v. last night i Primed at 3.6v, was stable, but now my bandwidth efficiency is down from 97% to 88%. i put the voltage and FSB back and its still the same.

this shot is at 250 2-2-2-11. notice my last bench at 250 with 2.5-2-2-2-11. its over 100Mbps higher. i think i broke me RAM. anything i can do?

If you relax your ram timings you can try for a higher FSB, and see if that gets your bandwidth back.

Mabey something was running in the background to cause a hit on effiency.

This is what I got but I have an intel system. You may have just had something on your system causing your perf hit. Try some other bench marking programs and see if you get lower scores with other benchies too.
