I just finished building a SFF rig, after waiting for all the parts to arrive I put it together, plugged it in and turned it on. No video. I tried the VGA to the monitor and VGA and HDMI to a TV, nothing. Also no beep from the motherboard.

What I do get:the PSU and CPU fans spin up and power light on the case lights up.

The build is:

Intel G1620
Asrock H62MV-ITX
Kingston 2x2GB DDR3-1333
Kingston 64GB SSD
PC Cooler M3 230watt PSU
ITX case

Take everything out of the case and run it naked.

what is everything?
just board and PSU?
Remove the SSD, RAM and CPU?

Just keep the RAM and CPU installed. Disconnect everything else and pull the motherboard and PSU out of the case. Place the motherboard w/ RAM and CPU installed on the motherboard box. Connect the PSU and power the motherboard on. (Connect to a display)

If it doesn't work, try using one stick of RAM at a time. Alternate the sticks of RAM as well as the RAM slot.

I figured it out. The Kingston memory was fake and both DIMs didn't work. Much better than having to send back the motherboard. I just bought a new 4g stick and I will deal with getting reimbursed for the fake DIMs later. Thanks all for the help.

How did you know the DIMMs were fake? Is the reseller going to give you a refund/exchange? Maybe he was in on the scam.
