HELP HARD DRIVE Problem

Well I got these 2 hard drive a 4GB and a 20GB
I have the OS and acouple of my programs like mozilla and that stuff on it
When I formated everything
I forgot that the 20GB is called C:
and the 4GB is C:
How do I change the name for the 20GB to D: or F: something. It wont run right when there both called that.
 
What operating system are you using? Usually you can simply change the jumper setting on the back of One of the Hard Drives to either "Cable Select" or "Slave" and it will automatically reassign the drive letter.
 
Found out what it was.
I went to bios the boot was on hard drive but the hard drive it was butting on was the 20GB so I changed to the 4GB and now it works and the 20GB is E:
