Ok I have a Black CM Stacker 830 the first rev. I've been considering WC'ng for the longest time i have few concerns though.(besides the PITA not-so-H20-friendly design)

1. is it high maintenance? do you change the cooling so often?
2. how would it improve my cooling? (BTW I have a Zalman CNPS9700)
3. with my limited space is watercooling even viable? I've seen it done before but i have 2x500gb 1x150gb raptor 1x750gb 2xDVDRW 1x X-fi Fatal1ty (all IDE's can go now..) so my front bay would be limited.
4. I have limited skills. no modding experience.
5. I have this as possible kits.
6. Only my CPU (Xeon X3220) would be H2O cooled.

What space constraints do you have? With a stacker, you definitely have enough room for a great WC setup, even with the amount of hard drives that you have. Here is another excellent kit that I would suggest, its also very easily upgradeable.

i think im gonna go with the asetek seeing the pump is more capable??what do you think?
 
The MCP350 that comes with the Swiftech H20 premium is an awesome pump. If you every want more power, just throw on a custom top, like Petra's or whatever else. The Apogee GT is also a great block.
 
cool i didnt see that radiator so cheap! thanks for the heads up... on the other hand, im not too incline on that block though... although reviews of that are readily available the aquaextreme is not..
 
i still need help.. will 240 rad fit on the back of a coolermaster stacker 830?
 
nothing against it...do i have to lapped this waterblocks too?i already bought the pump, fans and radbox...how about the black tubing is it nice??
 
i got the kit and i chickened out....:(:(:( couldnt figure out where/how/when to install it as obviously i need alot of time to install it....i was just overwhelmed oh btw i bought the swiftech ultra apex kit...
 
I don't see why you would feel bad, it's the same as "building" a watercooling kit, they just include all the parts in one package.

Some "kits" are lower-end but that's a decent one... might have been able to save money buying all the parts seperate, but that's really it...
 
Really, you purchased just about all the same components in the kit as you would have picked separately (except maybe the tubing, and if you wanted, spending $10 for an adjustable MCP655/D5), except now you have instructions as well ;)

Take your time and leak test, and enjoy.
 
T-Minus before H2O installation...it's still on the box, im thinking of building an external box for this thing...I cant seem to find a place for it inside my case...
