help getting into old account

I made this account so I can try and reset my password on my old account. I tried filling out the 'contact us form' but no matter what I wrote it said it was spam. The issue I have is that my old email address that I no longer have access to is linked to my old account. I guess I didnt realize how long it has been since I logged on.

Email your account name you want to recover, the old email address, and any other information that might be able to identify the account to hard.forum@hardocp.com.
