help getting computer back to 60Hz

i was at my friends and i changed my computer from 60 to 75hz and i forgot to change it back before i left. now im at home and all the monitors i have only support 60hz. i cant get any picture so how can i change it back?

You could always try safe mode

+1 for go into safe mode, uninstall graphic driver, then reboot in normal mode. It will start in VGA compatibility, you'll have to reinstall your graphic driver, but it's only time.

Hope you didn't connect that signal to a LCD that can't accept it

thanks... safe mode worked...uninstalled my nvidia drivers then reinstalled them now it works.. thanks ALOT!!
