help getting a 2 ghz cellie up

hey guys i got a dell mobo pull and i am trying to hook up all the power sw reset sw hdd light etc... and i am having a hard time identifying anything

No labels? You dont need to worry about polarity w/ switches. With LEDs and speakers just try one way, then the other if it doesnt work.
