i am using shareaza for downloading music when i start the program it says "you have been firewalled"this is causing me to have slow downloads im not realy clued up on cpus i used to have an option called security centre which would let me set firewall to different programs i rebooted my cpu yesterday "wiped the lot" and now i cant find this option

can anyone help .
