Help forwarding ports (Linksys WRT 160N)

Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can forward a port with this router and uTorrent?

I've forwarded ports in my modem and i've set up a static ip address but I can't work this router out!

Any help would be great!

What do you mean by this? Is your modem a combo modem/router? If so, I'd bridge that so your Linky gets the public IP address on the WAN interface..get rid of that clunky double NAT setup.

Basically I'd set up forwarding in the modem, then so my wife can access the internet I added the router and now download speeds are crap! I was getting average 500kbps now it's maybe 30kbps!
