Help finding the right PSU please!

Ok, below is the system I intend to build and overclock the CPU as close as I can to 4.0GHz. The current PSU I'm thinking I may use is:
Power supply: Thermaltake W0106RU Complies 700W Power Supply - $169.99USD

I was wondering if any of you could give me an idea of a PSU better suited for this system and overclocking that is between $150-200USD, thanks in advance for any advice you guys can give!
