Help finding specific 4K TV for gaming

I know there are numerous threads on this topic, but I was wondering if there exists a 4K that meets ALL of my criteria. I'll list them below:

Must Have:

1. 1080p at 120Hz support
2. Relatively low input lag
3. Chroma 4:4:4
4. Size between 40" and 49"
5. Good picture quality (most TVs tend to destroy monitors in this category, so it'll probably be fine)

Want to Have (not needed):

1. Curve
2. Prefer it to be exact 40"
3. HDR
4. 2,300R curvature (I'm fairly certain no TV has such a harsh curve, but still)
