Help finding programmable keyboard.

Looking for the following parameters:

  • Fully programmable. I need to reprogram keys such as Q, E, spacebar, and left shift. I don't want just "G" keys on the side bar.
  • No Funky handrests, like on the G910 etc. A plain old keyboard format is ideal.
  • A software solution like softkeys is NOT doable, this must be programmable on the keyboard.
  • I don't care about mechanical keys one way or the other.
  • Led back lit would be nice, preferably with a white option, not a big fan of glowing red, etc. This is not a hard requirement though.
  • Prefer wired
  • Budget: up to around $100, lower is better but I'm not overly cost adverse.
  • 100% size, no micro keyboards.
