Need help finding a power cable name or some way to power a hard drive.

I have a Dell SC8000 compellent controller. free from a friend.
there is a power port all over the board. 0-8 see attached picture.

I would like some how to power up a laptop sata drive for a server OS of my own that i can then run a controller and power up a san or 2.

my options are this little mini 8 pin power port.
Or.
Some sort of molex power output from a PCIE slot or GPU plug.

any ideas?
 
Is that power out or power in on the board?

If it is power out, do you have the actual specifications for those ports?

You should be able to contact Dell and find out the specs on it.
