Help finding fan controller: UK Based brand

So many years ago I bought I THINK an Ultra MRII....
Problem is I can't find any markings on this fan controller or name or receipt...

Here is a picture but it's a pcb board with blue leds soldered on it. Then the lian li plate is mounted on top and holes are cut out for the knobs.. I drilled the knobs for red leds as I've seen before but for the life of me I can't remember the name or the company or manufacture... Plus when I google Ultra MRII nothing comes up... it's annoying as the old UK forum that I think had tons of pics and info is no longer up.

Ultra MRII.... I can't find shit on the net anymore and looks like everything is done with them :-(
