Hey... I'm building a pc for my sister for college. I've got $350ish (give or take a few $) to spend on a monitor. She REALLY wants an lcd cuz of the space in her dorm. She won't be gaming (I might if i visit her but that'll be rare...) but she might watch an occasional movie on it (it doesn't have to be 16ms... but something that's not gonna look like one huge blur if she does decide to watch a movie). I'm hoping to go w/ 17" (and black or silverish to match the case i've got for her). i think 19" will be too expensive and 15" too small. Any suggestions? I'm hoping to get it from somewhere with a decent dead-pixel policy (not newegg i've heard...) and have a dell credit account I can use if anyone recommends anything from there. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Circuitcity has a 17' liquidvideo LCD for $325.My wife has one and the quality is actually very good and no dead pixels.I hear it has 14ms responce time too_Only bad thing about it is it doesnt have DVI and it only comes with a 1 year warranty.
