Help finding a low end uefi compatible GPU

I need some help finding a low end gpu with GoP (UEFI compatible). No manufactures seem to list this with their product specs.

I found a post from an xfx rep saying all R series or newer cards should support it but then I also found a lot of people saying their R series cards don't support it.

Is there a rule of thumb for all XXXX series or newer support it or is it pretty much whatever the manufacturer feels like?

I can't believe with how long windows 8 and large capacity drives have been out this isn't standard yet.

I ended up running to bestbuy so I could get a good look at the packaging.

Just wanted to post back in case anyone else is having trouble finding a cheap card with UEFI support.
