Help finalize my final upgrade.

Last thing I need is Video Cards and Monitor(s) but not sure on what to choose. What I do know for sure is I want to dive into 4k and will need a 60hz+ panel and must be IPS with possibility of having GSYNC/FREESYNC. Mainly used for gaming but I do occasionally some art related projects. I'm not attached to either Nvidia or AMD so I am willing to choose whichever of the two that has the better monitor (if GSYNC/FREESYNC is the way to go.) I use only 1 monitor for gaming purposes but for art related programs I do use 2 and my third monitor is almost always streaming Netflix, Hulu etc.. Ok so here is the questions.

1. I have 3 27" monitors which are almost always in use. would 27" be recommended viewable monitor for art related programs? (Photoshop, 3DS Max, ZBrush, Maya etc) my 27" montiors are 1440p now and windows scaled to 125% and viewing is fine for most programs (except Zbrush is a bit too small)

2. If 27" not recommended for 4k usage are there any 30"+ that offer rotation? I am using an Ikea Galant as a computer desk which can hold 3 27" monitors and I know for certain I cannot stay with 1 monitor as I am spoiled with 3. I do not believe using 2 larger monitors while having one centered will work.

3. Not a heavy FPS gamer so how much of a difference is GSYNC/FREESYNC? I know what it does but never seen any monitors in action. When my QNIX monitors were running at 60hz I have noticeably experienced screen tearing on one of 3 monitors when trying to use all 3 for gaming but when I overclocked them to 110hz the the screen tearing seem to have disappeared. (I don't usually try gaming at 7680x1440p so was not a big deal for me when I tried) GSYNC/FREESYNC is optional for me.

4. Lastly aside from the Acer S277HK are there any 4k monitors that offer thin side bezel? (another option also looking at but not a priority)
