I am looking for a new case and probably HDD coolers.
For multiple hard drives I find that the cost can easily amount to a nice chunk.
I've tried searching for the longest time but have not found much discussion about cases or cooling options for stacking six (6) or more hard drives and two (2) to three (3) 5.25" optical drives in a system to make like 1 TB of storage space.
I would appreciate any opinions on what cases you are using or planning to use as well as screenshots if available.

Among cases I see with great reviews but not many user feedbacks is the CM stacker.
I am also interested in the Enermax FS-980 Series File Server Case.
The Lian-li looks great but are more than double the price of the first two cases and not to forget the cost of a PSU to go with these.
I see a lot of the cases have tons of 3.5" bays but stacking all the drives on top of each other with minimal air space doesn't seem like an ideal situation.

I would get teh CMstacker with a second addin drive cage

2 drive cages can hold 8 drives, 6 with good airflow, each cage would have a fan on each, i believe it's a 90 mm that it has, or 80. I've got some raptors that never get warm in the cage.

You'll still have plenty of room for two cd type drives.
