I posted this in storage systems too, but not as many people read that and I need advice ASAP!!!!

Ok I was given an ok to order a bunch of SSDs for two computers to run in RAID 0

<evil grin>

Wondering will there be a big jump form 2 to 3 drives

One system has a onboard raid controller

mine has a PERC 5/i

I have a certain budget to work with..... and am looking at these two right now:
