help! eyefinity setup problems....

of so i just got a killer deal on 3 23inch 1080p LGW2340g monitors all brand new inbox... all have worked perfectly for the few weeks ive had them.... i had a 470gtx that i was able to return for an eyefinity card

just picked up a 6870 black and the accel adapter. I get display on 3 monitors but for some reason monitor 1 and 2 (the ones connected via DVI) are not filling the whole screen... they are set to the correct 1920x1080 though...

the cursor stops where the blue stops... its not just the background
 
Have you tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them? Have you looked at the settings on the monitor's it self?
 
For some reason these drivers default to 15% underscan on some monitors. Go to CCC, and under desktop and displays, in the lower left hand corner select the offending monitor and click the triangle. In the drop down menu go to configure, then go to the "Scaling Options" tab. Once ther , move the slider from underscan all the way to 0%.

Should solve the issue.
 
Lower left hand corner. See the three display icons in the lower left? Click those arrows. Make sure to select the monitor that is bugged...might have to try them all until you find the right one. Trust me, its there. 15% underscan...I had the same exact issue.

Sorry, I finally clued in that your using the "NEW" CCC. I'm on the old one...

Anyways, glad I could at least partially help!

I think I just found it by accident.

Its under start -> desktops and displays -> my digital flat panels -> scaling options. Mine is grayed out though.
 
This post is completely awesome. If you hadn't posted the pictures, I never would have known how to correct my issue (I couldn't verbalize the problem, so my google-fu was not working).

I have corrected my underscan! WOOO
 
I had the same issue with the exact same CCC snafu. Can't believe they organized the options so poorly.
 
Glad you guys liked the pics. I too stumbled upon the under-scan location completely inadvertently...not sure where they put it on the new CCC, sorta curious to find out.

AMD drives are like the vicious old dog you've had since you were a kid. In public, you'll defend him to everyone...but when the doors close its nothing but cursing and screaming.
 
been there. you need to enable GPU scaling. Go to desktop and displays, right click the effect monitors below the arrangement display. Click on configure and it brings you too a new screen. Make sure enable GPU scaling is enabled.
