Initial Results

I've got 4 x 1GB sticks of DDR2-667 Kingston Value Ram @ 463MHZ 5-5-5-15 (+.02v)
Bus Speed is 278
CPU Multiplier = 9

E2160 @ 2501Ghz Stock temps and heatsink

15 Hours Orthos passed.

Anything else I can do to push it further with Gigabytes limited multiplier?

Also CPU-Z and Everest report 1.296v on the Proc vs the 1.325 setting in the bios. Who do you believe?

Up your CPU voltage to like 1.4 and memory to 2.0. Then raise FSB little by little, say in 5 Mhz increments, run a short test on it to see how stable it is, then do it again until you have stability problems. Once you think you found a comfortable position then run a bunch of tests. I'm not familiar with Gigabyte boards but change the memory ratio so that it doesn't run so fast so it's out of the equation until you found your ideal cpu speed.
 
i'd recommend checking your CPU volts with speedfan to start. CPU-Z is also a good resource, but may not read the voltages correctly. If CPU-Z reads 1.213v, then disregard that measurement, and use speedfan. Are you running the ram on a divider, or linked/synched? have any cpu-z ram & CPU tab screenshots? It's customary here, when asking for such help, in overclocking, to provide as much information as possible. Here's the general list:

CPU
CPU cooler being used
RAM rated speed/number and size of modules/rated speed/rated timings
RAM actual speed/number and size of modules/speed/timings
Power supply model
Motherboard model
Current BIOS settings for overclocking (CPU multiplier, CPU voltage, SpeedStep, C1e, etc)

My Ram Volts can only go to +.04v right now it's @ +.02v
