HELP!! CS: Source Shutsdown after a while..

hi guys..

System Specs:

MSI K8N Neo Platinum (know for its stupid Compatibility bull*h*t)
AMD Sempron 3100+
GeIL 256MB PC3500
GeForce 4 Ti4400 128MB
Maxtor 40GB HDD

Windows XP Pro w/ SP1 only.

I Got CS: Source and after sometime..it just freezes!, sometimes it gives an error with something to do bout Memory and gives some Hexadecimal number..(0x)

I dont know why this is occuring but my other games work fine. Can someone please help me solve this problem? it gets so irratating when ur having so much fun and next thing u know POOF! game freeze.

Then, if it does freeze i just hit ctrl atl del and end task the game and im back in windows.
Ive tried the lowest quality even and still i get this error..could it be the Ram possibly? and if it is..how can i get this stupid problem prevented?

I, and many also, get the hex ram error message. Its still debated why thats happening. I thought my ram was bad, but I ran memtest and it yielded no errors. yes it does look like a stupid bug, sheesh..not only do these tards keep delaying games they also seem to like lazy a*ses, wat the hell do u get paid for u freaks!

they got all this time and they still have bugs LOL that is very sad :/
