boost the v dimm , and go to a newer bios . i've had good results for the 618-03 but try to match it to your ram chips being you have a x2 maybe a 704 would be better.. this is a good place to look for bios and bios change notes

is your PC P&C have a native 24pin atx plug ..or are you using a 20 pin to 24pin adapter?

I have a PC P&C 510 deluxe wich has only the 20pin adapter, they say on SLI mobo's that if the atx power plug in is 24pin , to use a psu with a native 24pin plug and dont use adapters..

if the above stated is a non issue ..then turn off all onboard devices except for nvidia lan if you need to get updates , and pull out all your pci cards and try installing again ...

i've been useing an adaptor with a lower rated PSU for the last 6 months and no problems at all--although i am also sure it will work woth only 20pins connected i can't see that as being a problem . might go back and check to make sure all power connections are plugged in --even the extra molex and floppy drive connector.

ok i got it working again but then problems came back. Copied and pasted from another forum.

CRAAAAP problems are back again

last night every few boots i was getting a message saying windows could not read the boot disk, and now that I have removed the IDE harddrive, i consitently get an error message saying that it cant load the boot disk, and to insert system disk and press enter.

last night ran 10 passes of memtest, no errors found so i think the ram is not the problem. Ive tryed the HDD in SATA1 and SATA4, both have the same problems. What do i do now?
