Help Comp Keeps Freezing

well my computer will work fine for a few days sometimes a few hours then freeze up. when i try an restart if either beeps and wont post or goes to the windows loading screen and never loads, if i kill the power for a few hours and try again it starts up fine any suggestions? tried re installing windows twice all temps in the norm, although i have lost 2 hard drives both satas same brand WD1600JS
