Help! Comp doesn't boot after softmodd on the 9800 SE

Bought the 9800 SE (the one from powercolor that has 256-Bit interface inable but 4 pipelines disabled) other comp. Is there anything I can disable or do that will make it boot up on start up or sould I just leave it alone with the 4 pipelines.
