Hey guys...I am installing this cooler today on p7p55d intel board...the directions that come with this a pure crap...just 3 pictures....anyway...all I am wondering is when looking at the back of the motherboard...does the back plate install positioned vertical or horizontal with the motherboard?

Hope this makes sense but the directions are not clear...I found a few you tubes on installing this...but that is the one point that they arent clear about.

I understand completely how to install this...it's just that one point that is unclear...
 
I believe it should be vertical, parallel with the back side of the case. I thought the instructions were fairly clear, remember don't force it or wiggle it. If it doesn't fit you have something in the wrong place.
